You and your clients’ have online access to their portfolios 24/7 via a secure user-id and password to a portal badged in your name.
The service includes processing of:

- We enter an agreement that commences with a five job trial that may be a combination of entities or types of work.
- You are then issued with a password that give you access to our secure client portal on our website so you can commence straight away.
- We assist you in choosing the method of access and to get the first few jobs actioned.
- We endeavour to ensure that our procedures dovetail with yours.
- We then obtain your feedback on the success of the trial.
- If you are unhappy you pay us nothing!
Ongoing
- You choose which clients & which components of your client’s work & your internal work you want to outsource and complete your planning schedule available on your client portal on our website.
- The procedure for sending us work is available on your client portal with Checklists, Questionnaires and Information sheets to help you in servicing your clients.
- Your client supplies you with their electronic files and/or their manual records.
- You upload your client’s files to your Virtual File Room.
- We commence the work using the same software in your practice and email you the queries.
- Once reviewed and complete you receive an email.
- The client’s completed files, reconciled working papers and supporting data are downloaded.
- The data is uploaded into your practice management system for review so you don’t need to re-enter data.
