All the ASIC forms and accompanying invoicing are badged from you and sent to your client after your vetting.
Your client relationship is yours alone. We just act to quietly support you in the background.

Our Company ASIC service covers all ASIC requirements including changing address, appointing or resigning an officer, transferring shares and the supporting minutes, forms, consents and other documents necessary to be executed.
Whenever a change occurs :- You simply notify us.
- We’ll prepare all the appropriate forms.
- You vet them.
- They are sent to the client for signature with an invoice that we prepare on your behalf.
- We lodge the forms electronically with ASIC.
- Processing of Company Statements.
- Maintenance of electronic registers of shareholders & officeholders.
- Changes of address of shareholders, office holders, registered office and/or principal place of business.
- Change to ultimate holding company, members register, officeholders, company name.
- Allotment or Transfer of shares.
- Members voluntary company liquidations.
- Share buy backs.
- Acting as registered office.
What to charge the Client?
We suggest you establish a schedule of fees to the client for each of the services we will perform and we will do the invoicing for you to speed up your cash flow.
What do we charge?
We can then charge you a low fixed fee as we administer all the companies in your office. This covers unlimited changes per client, so you know your full cost from the start. No matter how many changes your client wants. However this does not mean we will not bill the client for you for each change. We accept the risk that some clients will be more active than others. Or
We can simply bill you $24 per hour.
